above is the stage for the national day parade. since it was only their 3rd rehearsal, they were not fully prepared with the stuff like fireworks. and of cos, some were not present for this rehearsal e.g. singer and ministers. see below. one singer was not present, so they had a girl standing on the platform holding a board with the singer's name written on it. funny.

then they had one activity whereby there will be three dragonboat teams in three colours competing. and the audiences from the respective seat colours will cheer for their dragonboat teams. in this rehearsal they used speedboats instead of having humans rowing the boats. i feel so cheated by them.

after the preview, Qifeng and I went to suntec before heading to 85 for dinner. and he took me to see this fountain. if you walk from citylink to suntec, after you pass by sincere watch, turn left and you will be able to see this fountain.

pretty at first sight but kinda boring after you stay for some time. not much variation.

this day is the company's 4th anniversay. got free food, free drink and free snacks! now i love free stuff. got suckling pig too! very nice =p they had four guys carrying this pig walking ard the office. initially wanted to video the process down but wasnt allow to do so. hahaha this is so random.

my colleague just came back from bangkok and she bought this durian snack. it's small cubes of dried real durian flesh. VERY NICE. and it costed her 8 bucks so she only bought one back.

can see the words? the small words read "榴莲的精华" then the short form is "榴的华". so lame! anyway according to her descriptions, bangkok is so fun! she and her friends used very funny reasons when bargaining. too many to list them all down.

finally it's weekend again! woohoo~

btw~ a question to u ppl. do we look alike? two ppl said i look like da xiong. one from mjc and one whom i only got to know recently. -.-"'
