我没有迟睡的习惯。

但若因某些原因得晚睡，

每逢夜深人静时，总会感到一丝丝的惆怅。

或许也就只有在这个时候，才能静下心反省。

反复地想，其实一切都源自于自己的不满足、不知足。

肚子饿了，

也该睡了。
